With more than two billion users worldwide, Facebook-owned WhatsApp is one of the most widely used social media platform. It allows you to send and receive texts, audio files, documents, share current and live locations and much more. The instant messaging app has been rolling out a number of updates for the users. Apart from new features such as animated stickers to scanning QR codes to add a contact to improvement in group video calls, its desktop app also gets the much-awaited Dark mode. The Dark mode feature was already available for Android or iOs users and this feature has now been expanded to the web also.

How to enable Dark mode on WhatsApp Web?
Open WhatsApp

Open WhatsApp web on your PC or laptop. If you are not logged in, use your phone to scan the QR code on your laptop/PC to sign in.

Move to settings

Now, tap on the three-dot icons on the top and head to Settings.

Click on Theme

In the settings, click on the Theme option from the list given.

Final step

Now, in order to apply Dark Mode, choose the Dark theme. Now, your dark mode for WhatsApp web will be activated.
