Desired Experience: Minimum of 8 years of Sales and Marketing experience
Key Objective of the Job: Drive Used Vehicle finance for the State
Key Deliverables:

  • Business Development , Client Servicing and People Management
  • Exhibit competency in implementation of business strategies to accomplish the decided targets.
  • Accept challenges & exhibit abilities in managing and leading sales
  • Strengthening business partnerships and establish synergetic relations with channel partners
  • Develop awareness & maintain relationships with peer group in the BFSI and Used Vehicle industry
  • Keep abreast with the trends in the Used Vehicle industry and new products being evolved in the market
  • Maintaining and Strengthening Dealer relationship
  • Develop and drive the Direct sales team
  • Strategic planning & marketing activities for the region
  • Driving the Branches/Area towards achievement of organisational objectives on the volumes /units
  • Launching innovative schemes to enhance sales and improve sales team productivity
