Responsible for planning and implementing media activities across Digital Media.

Areas of Responsibility

Description of responsibility

Planning/ Strategy 3-1-Q

  1. Understands and implements the 3-1-Q plan.

  2. Execution of the quarter-on-quarter plan.

Key functional responsibilities

  1. Manage all social media activities on multiple platforms

  2. Manage the content strategy across all websites and ensuring that execution is in-line with plans

  3. Manage communication as well as design on all company websites and apps

  4. Develop and expand the brand’s social community and blogger outreach initiatives. Expand social media footprint beyond FB, TW, YT

  5. Manage the digital brand calendar

  6. Ensure reporting from agencies is as per mgmt requirements and as per timelines

  7. Use ORM Tools to manage feedback on Online media

  8. Manage digital agencies in executing the digital strategy, manage day-to-day relationship and supervise their work

  9. Pursue significant business opportunities and added-value programs via media partnerships.

  10. Monitor the social media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities and emerging issues, and understand new technologies and consumer reaction.

  11. Deploy research tools on our own media assets to gather consumer insights.

  12. Work with company research and strategy team to create a continuous plan.

Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

  1. Train the marketing team on digital and social media management and relevant policies.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

MBA – Marketing

Specific Certification (if Any)

Short duration course from a recognized MBA college in Digital Marketing is preferred

Preferred Total Experience

5- 8 Years

Preferred Relevant Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in handling Digital Marketing for a Retail/FMCG brand
