Designation Lead Generation Specialist
Reporting To Manager, Operations
Job Location Pune

Job Role: Responsible for outbound calls to prospects for KIA BIZ. They also handle inbound calls from prospects seeking appointments.

  1. Responsible for collecting potential details from internet
  2. Preparing database for generating leads
  3. Responsible for making cold calls via telephone with details from mass communication such as email and social media for Appointments
  4. Identifying appropriate leads within the target
  5. Building prospect relationships by initiating communications
  6. Conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities
  7. Ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate in the database
  8. Preparing and analyzing leads and demand generation reports and dashboards

Job Specification:

Key Skillset-

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Well conversant in Microsoft Excel Worksheet
  • Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call
  • Target oriented
  • Proactive with positive attitude
  • Fast learner who can adapt to change
  • Competitive dialer who also has a team attitude

Education- Post Graduate (Any)

Experience- 0 to 1 year at International Call Centre (telemarketing / phone sales). Knowledge of promotional products industry is helpful, however training will be provided.

Annual CTC: 1.44 Lpa (only PT deducted)

  4. Identifying appropriate leads within the target
  5. Building prospect relationships by initiating communications
  6. Conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities
  7. Ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate in the database
  8. Preparing and analyzing leads and demand generation reports and dashboards
  9. Responsible for generating and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines
