Developing and executing overall content strategy plan :
– Taking charge of the Social Media presence of the brand – from conceptualization to execution of engaging social media strategy/campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and others.
– Creative content for a weekly Blog & Newsletter
– Engaging with influencers / bloggers
Managing Digital Media Planning and Buying:
– Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing quality traffic by utilizing a range of tactics: SEO, PPC, SEM, Social Media, Display Advertising, Content Marketing, Email marketing and Google adwords.
– Liaising with external Digital Agency on to ensure and monitor proper implementation and efficacy of SEM budget spends.
Keeping up with the Online Trends and Best Practice:
– Make strategic recommendations relating to audience acquisition and engagement through online media
– Using key metrics and data driven analytics to test ROI and make important marketing decisions.
Team Building and management:
– Brainstorming and coordinating with team members to ensure successful online and offline marketing campaigns
– Reporting to management on budgets, spends and strategies and taking charge of the company’s digital marketing function
Does this sound like you?
– 5+ Years- experience in managing the above digital marketing functions
– Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and experienced in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
– Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills. Creative mindset and ability to visualize and execute campaigns. Ability to produce superior quality social media content.
– Strong online presence of personal profile (Pages / communities / blogs / website)
– Strong experience in using data / insights & analytics to drive marketing decisions and strategy
– Experience in building online brands in the B2C Sector
– A proactive go-getter who can work independently without requiring day-to-day guidance.
– Able to build relationships with customers/clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Salary Range: 6 – 10 LPA
